I agree to have this guided imagery/coaching/consultaion session et al with MindShift Imagery©. I acknowledge I am not a minor, being at least 18 years of age.  By requesting a MindShift Imagery©session, or by participating in the session by telephone or video conferencing I understand I may record the session or receive a recording if Jodi or MindShift Imagery© so offer. I agree to observe the copyright of any recordings for my sole use only, and not to post them on any social media platform or give them away to any other proprietor. All other products and services posted herein are subject to copyright and cannot be recorded or distributed without permission. I give my consent and agree to all the terms of this disclaimer, terms of agreement and release form above.

Use of this website or contacting Jodi Barker for any type of session serves as my acknowledgement that I have read, understand, and agree to all of the above.
