How imagery works

Using your imagination, you can create inner images to carry the power of your intention directly to your subconscious mind in order to gain its cooperation in making the changes you desire.

Sometimes, inner images surface from below the level of normal consciousness to show you something about yourself. When you get quiet enough, you may perceive these spontaneous images.

Your images are as personal to you as a work of art and just as precious. They are messengers to and from the conscious and subconscious areas of your own mind. This communication helps you achieve lasting results with maximum ease, because it puts your conscious and subconscious on the same page.

Am I safe and in control?
